The Company’s current projects include:

· A diamond project with a JORC resource at the pre-development stage
· Nickel and base metals exploration
· Direct Shipping Ore Iron ore exploration
· Royalties across a range of commodities
Sorrento Resources is actively seeking joint venture partners and investors to take these projects from exploration through to development. In addition, the Company is seeking to acquire interests in precious, base metals and energy projects worldwide and has a team of experts available to review projects in most jurisdictions.
The Sorrento Resources team has significant expertise in raising equity and funds for mineral projects and has expertise to list projects via IPOs (initial public offerings), reverse takeovers and back door listings on the Australian Stock Exchange, London Stock Exchange, AIM and Toronto Stock Exchange. The Company also has access to a range of financiers and investors to enhance the value of projects which have the ability to deliver significant returns to investors.
